All images, designs, and content on this site belong to Flavia Fleming and our founder. Please don’t copy or share them without permission — we work hard to create something truly special.

How to Order

Right now, orders are made by reaching out via email at info@flaviafleming.com or by booking a private virtual appointment with us. We’ll help you select the perfect pieces and guide you through the process.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, such as if an item is out of stock or if there’s an error in pricing.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and may change occasionally.

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards securely. Payment is due before we ship your order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! Delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days, depending on where you are. Shipping costs will be shared with you before you confirm your order. Please note, once the item is shipped, the risk passes to you. Delays due to customs or other factors outside our control may happen.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds.

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can help.

Our Responsibility

We do our best to offer you beautiful, quality pieces, but we aren’t liable for any indirect or accidental damages related to your purchase. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price.
